Refund Policy
1. Incorrect Purchases
Refunds will not be issued for services purchased in error. Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your purchase.
2. Service Issues
If it is proven that a service does not function as described in the Product Description, Terms and Conditions, and/or Acceptable Usage Policy, a refund will be granted.
3. Erroneous Deposits
Refunds for amounts deposited into a Somangaye Internet banking account in error will incur a 15% processing fee to cover bank charges. These refunds will only be considered 7 days after the original payment date.
4. Debit Order and Credit Card Payments
Refunds for debit order and credit card transactions are processed after the second week of the month.
Cancellations Policy
Policies and Procedures
The cancellation of any product or service is the sole responsibility of the client.
2. Cancellation Process
I. All cancellations must be submitted via the Control Panel or Email.
II. Failure to cancel your service will result in the product or service being renewed for the new month, and you will remain liable for payment.
3. Notice Period
I. A minimum of one full calendar month’s notice is required for all cancellations unless otherwise stated.
II. A calendar month is defined as the period from the 1st to the last day of the month between the submission of the cancellation and the effective cancellation date.
III. Example: To cancel a service effective 31 December, the cancellation must be submitted before 5:00 PM on 30 November.
4. Debit Order Clients
Cancellations for debit order clients must be submitted before the 25th of the month to take effect the following month
5. Promotions and Early Termination
I. Promotional offers may include additional cancellation terms.
II. Early cancellation fees may apply where stated.
6. Liability
Somangaye Internet will not be held responsible for incorrect cancellations processed via the Control Panel, nor will we be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such errors.
