AllĀ Somangaye InternetĀ services are provided on aĀ Best Effort basis, and no guarantees regarding uptime or availability are offered. Clients using our services for business operations, servers, critical systems, or any activities that could have a detrimental impact on themselves, their business, or others are strongly advised to maintain backup services to ensure continuity in the event of service interruptions.Ā Somangaye Internet, together with its suppliers and partners, endeavors to provide maximum uptime for all services at all times.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Service Conditions

Regulatory Compliance
The service is subject to the provisions of theĀ Electronic Communications Act No. 36 of 2005 (āthe ECAā), including the Acceptable Usage Policies of all service providers and network operators whose servicesĀ Somangaye InternetĀ resells. -
Service Term and Cancellation
- All services are provided on aĀ month-to-month basis.
- Either the client orĀ Somangaye InternetĀ may terminate the service.
- The accepted cancellation method is via theĀ Control Panel, andĀ one calendar monthās noticeĀ is required.
- In certain cases, a cancellation fee may apply.

Pricing and Service Changes
- Somangaye InternetĀ reserves the right to change the price of any service or discontinue any product or service type.
- We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of such changes.

Payment Terms
- Somangaye InternetĀ reserves the right to limit payment methods per service or product type.
- Failure to pay your account in full will result in suspension of all services, and you will be liable for any collection, tracing, and/or legal fees incurred.

Verification and Credit Checks
- Somangaye InternetĀ may verify the information provided on your order form and make any necessary inquiries.
- We may also furnish information regarding your account and compliance with these terms to any credit bureau or bank.

Indemnity
- You indemnifyĀ Somangaye InternetĀ against any damage, loss, claims, or costs arising from work performed in connection with the installation or removal of the service.
Service Limitations
- All services sold byĀ Somangaye InternetĀ are provided on aĀ best effort basis, and throughput is not guaranteed.

Somangaye Internet, together with its suppliers and partners, disclaims any liability for:
- Service interruptions
- Delays in provisioning or delivery
- Acts of God
- Negligence in any form
- Unauthorized use or misuse of your account and/or passwords
- Misinformation provided by employees
- Damages arising from inability to access or use a service
Liability
- Any claim under this agreement is limited to the amount paid for the monthly service in dispute, not exceedingĀ three (3) months.
- Somangaye InternetĀ and its suppliers/partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your inability to use any of the services or the cost of procuring alternative services.
